Many athletes and performers rely on their natural abilities and talents, which are sufficient to keep them “in the game”. To get to the next level of performance, however, usually requires something more than talent, skills, and ability. Elite performers must master mental skills—skills that amplify their physical abilities. Learning how to utilize mental skills such as “self-talk” and “visualization” takes performance to the next level, improves mental toughness, and also reduces performance anxiety.

EPICC’s Mental Skills training, videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching offer practical tools, guidelines, and strategies that help elite performers and public figures execute and perform at consistently high levels. It’s amazing how many performers do not use these techniques.

Practice combined with a winning mindset is the key to Peak Performance. Performers who practice Joy have discovered a hidden key to peak performance. They tend to have more power and resilience—the ability to “let go” and bounce back faster from a bad performance.

Practicing joy is about appreciating all the good things in life and focusing on strengths, rather than what’s wrong—or might go wrong. It gives the performer access to new-found power that is limitless and “indestructible.”

The very best performers and winners in the business will tell you that (even when they were not “happy”), they found a way to access “joy” in the middle of the trials and tribulations.

EPICC’s videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching offer practical tools, guidelines, and strategies that help elite performers and public figures “find joy” even under high-performance stress, intense anxiety, distracting temptation, and chronic uncertainty.

Elite performers are driven to succeed. They love to compete, excel and win. But there is more to true success than winning. To achieve sustainable success and fulfillment, performers will eventually have to be in touch with their values. And whether they know it or not, they operate on a set of personal values. These values are expressions of what matters most to them, and what guides their behaviors throughout their careers.

Depending on what values a performer privilege, they will either rise or fall. It’s surprising how many performers have not taken inventory of their personal values and don’t access the power within them.

EPICC’s videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching offer practical tools, guidelines, and strategies that help elite performers and public figures identify their values and learn to align personal values with professional and external stakeholder values.

The Full Circle x FISLL Workshop Program explores how 5 core values (Faith, Integrity, Leadership, and Legacy) affect the 5 dimensions of performance wellness (Physical, Emotional Social, Occupational, and Spiritual). This workshop teaches elite performers how to use their personal values to achieve performance consistency and effectively manage stress, anxiety, distraction, temptation, and uncertainty.

Performers are people. They, like everyone else, must manage relationships. High performers, public figures, and elite athletes often have rigorous schedules, spend lots of time away from homes, and often miss important occasions, i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Making matters worse, the price of celebrity status is that their families are required to share them with fans if they are in public settings.

This can easily set up strained relationships. Beyond this, knowing who to trust, how to effectively communicate, and how to set appropriate boundaries can be quite challenging when an elite performer has the constant pressure to be “the best” at work and at home.

EPICC’s Relationship Readiness workshops, videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching offers practical tools, guidelines, and strategies that help elite performers and public figures manage the psychological and emotional pressures associated with managing personal relationships and casual social interactions.

While social media provides elite performers and public figures with a unique opportunity to have a powerful connection with large numbers of fans and an avenue to showcase their brands, it has a downside and a “dark side”. Social media platforms can be highly addictive and continuously make performers aware of how well everybody else thinks they are doing.

For the impressionable mind—and even the seasoned mind—social media pressure and addiction can be a source of incredible stress and distraction and ultimately a hidden source of psychological and emotional pain and social discomfort.

EPICC’s Social Media Management Strategies workshops, videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching offers practical tools, and guidelines that help elite performers and public figures manage psychological and emotional pressures associated with social media interactions.

Integrating information and having a personal decision-making framework are essential to making smart decisions and choices. This is especially important for elite performers and public figures who are often just one “bad decision” away from tarnishing their image, embarrassing themselves, disappointing their stakeholders, or derailing their careers.

Just because the spotlight is no longer on doesn’t mean choices and decisions made “in the dark” don’t count just as much. Somehow, bad decisions have a way of eventually coming to light– or coming back to haunt at the worst possible times.

EPICC ‘s Decision-Making workshops, videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching equip elite performers with practical tools and a systematic framework to make smarter decisions under high-performance stress, intense anxiety, distracting temptation, and chronic uncertainty.

Sleep is an often-overlooked secret weapon to achieving peak performance. Inadequate sleep can literally ruin mood, motivation, and performance. Sleep deprivation can also hamper the ability to learn plays, scripts, or key tasks and functions that require intense focus and concentration.

EPICC’s Sleep Management Strategies workshops, videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching equip elite performers with self-assessments and practical tools as part of a systematic framework to improve sleep quality and efficiency even under high-performance stress, intense anxiety, distracting temptation, and chronic uncertainty.

Leadership potential is not 100 % genetic. It is mostly learned. Many performers don’t reach their potential or achieve their highest level of performance because they frankly don’t envision themselves as leaders or don’t know how embrace a leadership role.

EPICC’s Leadership Matters workshops, videos, podcasts, and virtual coaching offer practical tools, guidelines, and strategies that help elite performers and public figures identify innate leadership traits and master key leadership skills that will help performers enhance and leverage intrapersonal awareness and interpersonal agility.
