Wellness Coach

This is a remote, part-time, hourly, contractor position. — Join a team of coaches who are working together to transform mental health care! As a part-time Wellness Coach, you will have a steady flow of motivate clients and you can expand your personal practice. You will collaborate with our clinical team, use tech-enabled web-based resources, and link with your clients virtually. Coaching is provided via phone or video to assist clients to reach their behavior health goals. If you are excited about providing high quality, short term coaching to our customers’ diverse employees, this position is for you.

Requirements: Passionate about collaborating with clinicians and other coaches. Comfortable with using technology. Independent, compassionate, empathetic, open-minded, non-judgmental.

Duties: Provide short term, one-on-one video, or phone coaching sessions. Develop customized programs for clients based on their goals- including stress management, life stressors, workplace challenges(difficult conversations, team dynamics, office concerns, navigating conflict), and personal relationships (partner issues, dating, tension, divorce). Participate in supervision or consultation and collaboration with team members, Participate in training in FCC coaching model.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduated from an ICF accredited coaching training program Demonstrated coaching experience, Familiarity with relationship coaching, life coaching, or transition coaching. Experience with coaching clients, short term basis (2-3 months). Eager to learn and develop competencies that foster innovative behavior change approaches, comfort and demonstrated experience with technology tools used to create efficiencies in workflows and track client progress, Candidates must reside in the United States. Social Worker, Licensed

This is a virtual on-line part time position, hourly contractor. Join a team of social workers who are working together to transform mental health care! As a part-time the SW, will work virtually (on-line) coaching to an ethnically and culturally diverse, population of clients in the workforce. You will collaborate with our clinical team, use tech-enabled web-based resources, and link with your clients virtually. Counseling is provided via phone or video to assist clients to reach their behavior health goals. If you are
excited about providing high quality, short term counseling to our customers’ diverse employees, this position is for you.

Requirements: Passionate about collaborating with clinicians and other coaches.
Comfortable with using technology. Independent, compassionate, empathetic, open-minded, non-judgmental.

stress management, life stressors, workplace challenges, Mental health conditions, pre-existing, Active listening, critical thinking, interpersonal skills. Participate in supervision or consultation and collaboration with team members.

Minimum Qualifications: Requires a master’s degree in psychology or any mental health related field of study from an accredited school.• Social work Experience, bilingual is a plus. Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Talking to others to convey information effectively. Able to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. comfortable with technology.
